From the age of 5, Alisha Ether, known by her alias Leesh Capeesh, has had an unwavering passion for video games. In fact, she considers gaming to be the most consistent and significant aspect of her life.

In 2018, Leesh began her journey as a gaming content creator by uploading videos to YouTube. However, she yearned for greater community interaction, prompting her to explore Twitch. Despite waiting for six months to gather as much knowledge as possible about the platform, Leesh eventually went live and quickly amassed a sizable following through her playful banter and quick-witted remarks.

Leesh’s platform saw further expansion in late 2020 when she diversified her content by sharing short clips on other social media platforms, with TikTok being her primary outlet. Since then, her platform has grown exponentially and shows no signs of slowing down.

As a result of her love for gaming, Leesh has been featured in articles, collaborated with several brands, shared her industry knowledge as a keynote speaker, and even hosted and conducted live interviews, a dream come true for her. She takes great pride in her accomplishments.

Leesh’s driving force is to continue connecting with brands within and beyond the gaming industry and to inspire other Black femmes, young or old, to pursue content creation in the gaming space and achieve success and financial independence.
